No! The beauty of this is that you will learn simple daily habits that will make a difference to your life and health forever, but doesn't take hours out of your day!

 

Do I need to track my food?

Nope! While this is something I do with my clients, there's not tracking during the 5 days.

 

Do I need to go to the gym?

Not if you don't want to nope! This is all about what I can Baseline Habits. Stuff you can do easily every day.

 

Will I lose weight?

Likely yes! Most of the Women that do these 5 Days and commit 100%, see great weight loss results. Just read the testimony comments on this page!

 

How do you coach me during the 5 days?

We communicate via the my app and/or Facebook Messenger. I'll be sending you extra videos to watch, holding you to account and answering your questions all the way through. You will also have a 121 coaching call with me.
