All too often I see people setting themselves tough targets and standards such as, going to the gym every morning, running 5k or 10k every day. Often these are people that haven't done anything like this for a long time, or even at all. 0 to 100 mph over night is not going to work!
All you are doing is setting yourself up to fail, to demotivate yourself when you don't stick to your plan after a few days, or weeks if you're lucky!
Start with the small and easy changes, things you can turn into good habits.
